I moved into my apartment mid August of 2021 and things have been splendid! The apartment is a decent size and it had been updated before I moved in. All my appliances are stainless steel and I have had no issues with them. All my faucets have worked wonderful! The car port is decently priced and gives my car good coverage from the weather elements year round. They do a good job plowing and shoveling the snow so the walkways are safe. In the summer they open the pool and have a great gardening crew that plants flowers and keeps the grass looking sharp. The laundry room is well kept and I have never had any issues with the machines not working. Over all the maintenance and admin staff are doing a great job!

Guys this is Austin! I got locked out of my email so I am using my business account. I get it, the name looks out of place. I wanted to be sure I got a review in for the great people I spoke to earlier today. I went in with the expectation of leaving with a brochure and I left with a comprehensive understanding of what to expect. The complex was clean ( a big step up from where I live now) and a HUGE step up from the management i deal with. I mostly spoke with Nick but Johan and Isaiah were quick to chime in when they introduced themselves to me. I didn't have a single question prepared that wasnt answered and that really stuck out to me.They clearly care about the place and know what the experience is like for tennents. After bad experiences living in apartments in the past I am thorough and bring a notepad to get through my concerns, but these guys didnt skip a beat. Closer to my move in date this is gunna be my #1 choice. Thanks guys!

I did a review a couple of years ago, and I wanted to come back with an up date. I've lived hear now over 25 years ago. I really still like apartment living. I'm happy to say that Forest Cove is now running even more smoothly. Now in place is a great office staff and manager. It was a little dicey just a couple of years ago.But with Isaiah as manager now, there is consistency. He listens and cares about this place. It's not hard to reach him, because he comes to work! In addition, The maintenence staff is TERRIIFIC. Maintenence issues are addressed in a timely manner, which is appreciated. The apartments have been updated and have a nice , fresher look to them. The location of the complex has always been very close to light rail, and major highways. I've always liked that Forest Cove is in a neighborhood with homes, and yet close to Hampden and local businesses. An older complex, but now well maintained.

We have been at Forest Cove for almost two years now. The neighborhood is kids friendly and very quiet. The maintenance manager is the most helpful person on the property. Parking on the property is hard to find, even though we pay parking fee every month. When we first moved in the carport spaces were about thirty dollars a month, now their fifty something which is kind of pricey.

He has always shown up within a day or two of the original request with a smile on his face and eagerness to help make you feel heard and at home. We are truly pleased to have landed here, even if it was never our intention to move to begin with. I am honestly so thankful to the staff and I am hopeful that they are all here for a long time, as we plan to be as well.

My husband and I found ourselves in a situation where we had to move abruptly in February of this year. Fortunately, Allie in the office at Forest Cove was the first person to respond to our immediate search for a place to stay and she invited us to come view the apartments. Compared to the community we were moving from, we were really impressed by the look and feel of the renovated apartments at Forest Cove and decided to apply to live here that same night. I can honestly say that I am glad that we ended up here because the office staff makes it well worth it. They continuously host socially distant events to help make their residents feel relatively normal, even during COVID. Even with the few bumps that we have had while living here, I am always impressed by Isaiah and Allie's ability to connect with their residents and fully hear and understand our needs. Finally, if you have ever lived in a location with horrible turn around on maintenance requests, you don't have to worry about that here. Johan, the maintenance manager, is absolutely wonderful. He has always shown up within a day or two of the original request with a smile on his face and eagerness to help make you feel heard and at home. awesome location, most affordable apts with regards to location and size of apts. great staff, superb maintenance, all newly remodeled apts with new appliances, fixtures, countertops and flooring. brand new pool and poolside furniture, neqly floored and painted laundry rooms with brand new oversized wahers and dryers. cant beat this complex and plush beautiful grounds. also adjacent to hampden heights park. just too good!!

I have been living at Forest Cove since July of this year. Upon moving in, there were a few things that needed to be addressed with the apartment. As busy as they were, the Forest Cove staff jumped right on it to help us get everything sorted out; all while maintaining professionalism. They have been renovating since we moved in and the complex looks great! Thank you to April and Kalee for always taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and making sure our needs and concerns are addressed as tenants.

The apartments are under new management. They are very spacious and you can't hear your neighbors unless they scream or yell. They are fixing up the units. They patios are large as well as the closets. New carpet. They are in a good area. I like my neighbors. They have both an eat-in kitchen and a dinning room, lots of cabinets and counter space in the kitchen, several good sized closets, big cabinet in the bathroom underneath the sink, and yes, they do have hot showers. They recently changed the shower heads and the pressure is OK, the shower head is adjustable and it certainly gives a reasonable shower. Any maintenance needs are done on line and they are responsive. There are outer doors leading into a carpeted inner entrance for every 4 apartments. It is a great place. Management and maintenance are good.

Other than plumbing issues (taking a shower - water stacks up to ankles in the bath tub/water randomly gets intermittently hotter every 20 seconds or so) We called maintenance and they said there's nothing they can do about it. Kind of frustrating, as I like to take hot showers, but when that problem occurs it turns the water to skin-sizzling hot, like I said, every 20 seconds or so... just for 2-3 seconds at a time)... other than that I'm really impressed
